Stefan Mreczko

Stefan Mreczko is an artist originally from Philadelphia, who found his creativity in NYC.

He has worked in television, music video, theater and global advertising & PR firms, and is an internationally-published freelance photographer focusing on men’s fashion and portraiture. An on-going personal photography project of his titled “Museum Napping,” inspired by a performance art piece by actress Tilda Swinton, depicts Stefan taking naps in museums around the world.

A long-time Madonna fan, Stefan is one part of the quartet who produces and co-hosts MLVC: the Madonna podcast. Together with his co-hosts Tony, Liberty and Ben, he has been bringing conversations about Madonna and interviews with people who have worked with her or been a part of her iconic career, since April of 2019.

Not only did Stefan get to dance onstage with Madonna as an ‘Unapologetic Bitch’ during the Rebel Heart Tour, he got to sit down with Madonna and share a beer with her and his friend Sean during the Madame X tour, he attended M's exclusive performance at the Red Rooster, culminating in a Nola-inspired parade through the streets of Harlem, went rollerskating with M at her Finally Enough Love disco party, and has been enjoying seeing the Celebration Tour.

In his spare time, Stefan is an avid gym goer and has begun acquiring a brand new skill: producing music. His first-ever single, “Mistress Dita,” paying homage to Madonna’s persona from her Erotica album, was released in December 2020. His latest single, "We Love Madonna," a disco-infused bop dedicated to Madonna herself, produced by Stefan and co-written and sung by co-host Liberty Rentrop, is now available on Apple, Amazon and Spotify.

Ben Kline

Hailing from the farmlands of Appalachia's west foothills, Ben Kline is a poet, storyteller and information professional living in Cincinnati, Ohio, writing about our modern digital existence, his former lovers, the Eighties, assorted concepts in astrophysics, rural-urban dichotomies and queerness as it was, is and might be.

Ben’s chapbook Dead Uncles arrived in May 2021 from Driftwood Press. His chapbook of origin/astrophysics poems Sagittarius A* was released by Sibling Rivalry Press in October 2020. Going Fast in Loose Directions, his full-length collection of poems, vignettes and photos, appeared in 2014 via Queer Young Cowboys. Ben hosts the outdoor reading series Poetry Afield at The Littlefield in Cincinnati's eclectic Northside neighborhood and Poetry Stacked at the University of Cincinnati. You can peruse Ben's recent publications here. Madonna appears in his work…a lot. Probably more than some editors might find ok, but he’s a true blue fan.

Ben discovered Madonna through his uncle and will never forget the opening synth strings of “Holiday,” the patchouli imbuing the “Like a Prayer” cassette booklet, every call the Queen has issued to “Get Together” on the dance floor, where she encourages us to fall free or find without search. Ben has been a long time fan and sometime contributor to the MLVC Podcast before joining as a co-host. He especially enjoys the lively conversations of “This Week in Ciccone” and episodes devoted to celebrating, reconsidering, and examining various art and products Madonna has shared with/sold us over the past forty years.

Tony Trius

Growing up in Houston, Texas, Tony Trius has been a huge admirer of Madonna's work for over three decades.

His desire to compare notes with other Madonna fans led to conversations with Stefan, which resulted in the creation of MLVC: the Madonna podcast. And, as a Co-host and Co-Producer, he now gets his chance to communicate with a fervent community of Madonna fans every week!

Now in the podcast's fifth year, Tony continues to explore Madonna's enduring legacy through interviews with collaborators, fans and those inspired by her body of work.

After a sabbatical in Mexico and San Francisco, Tony is back in New York City, a place he has called home for the past 22 years, where he works in the creative field. His latest venture is a new podcast called "Hello Darkness."

Liberty King

Born and raised in Brownsville, Texas, Liberty King has been a Madonna fan since hearing "Lucky Star."  She begged her mom to buy her the self titled Madonna cassette at Kmart in the early 80s and the rest, as they say, is history!

After finishing college and moving here and there around the world (specifically France and Germany), she came back to Texas with her two boys and her husband.  She works as a German and French teacher, but her free time is spent writing and singing songs, playing guitar, and working on creative side projects. Her passion is Madonna and connecting with those in the Madonna community.  Her first Madonna live experience was in 2001 for the Drowned World tour, and she's even taken a few lessons with Madonna's guitar teacher, Monte Pittman.

Since the MLVC Podcast debut, she has cheered the show on and quickly became a "Friend" of the podcast and is now an official co-host as well. Alongside Stefan, Tony and Ben, she helps bring the latest news on "This Week in Ciccone" and singing out her love for Madonna with original tunes and some cover songs.
